All products are made to order using a print-on-demand production model.

Products are fulfilled and shipped through third-party partners. As such:

Product appearance may vary slightly from digital previews
Colours, placement, and sizing may differ due to production processes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are either displayed in currency by location, or site default (EUR). 

Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on your location. Where applicable, VAT will be calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment providers. We do not store full payment details.

5. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product availability issues
  • Errors in pricing or product information
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and refunded where applicable.

6. Fulfilment and Shipping

Orders are produced and fulfilled by third-party partners.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Destination
  • Fulfilment location
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities or any circumstances beyond our control.

Under EU consumer law, the risk of loss or damage to goods remains with us until the goods are delivered to you.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for any customs-related delays or additional charges.

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:

Returns and exchanges are generally only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
We may require photographic evidence of issues before processing replacements or refunds

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Delays caused by third parties
  • Issues arising from misuse of products
